Cancellation Policy A minimum of 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Late Policy We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, and we kindly ask that you communicate with The Body Sculpt Lounge as soon as possible if you are running late. Should flexibility be available, we will do our best to accommodate you. Out of respect for all clients and scheduled appointments, we ask that you arrive on time for your session. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may be required to reschedule their appointment and may forfeit their appointment deposit. Thank you for respecting our time as we respect yours. No-Show Policy Failure to show without notice may result in loss of 50% deposit. Refund Policy All services, packages, deposits and promotional purchases are non-refundable.
